Here, the handling of spare part returns either for repair, replacement or credit note is one important issue. In order to make the handling more efficient for you and us, we require from you a return note which you may download here.

We would ask you to fill in this return note completely for each return and to enclose it with the returned goods. This enables a quick and smooth execution of replacements and credit notes, which we think is also in your interest.

Please notice that we will not handle or credit any returns received without this return note.
